Armada Materials supplies aggregates, asphalt, and other essential construction materials. We focus on key regions where we expect local demand to outpace supply for critical infrastructure materials and services. Armada acquires and invests in private companies in these strategic locations. We work with our acquisitions to help them achieve their future goals and reach their full potential.

Our vision is to establish Armada Materials as the leading provider of high-demand construction materials and services in strategic locations across the United States.

The company was formed in 2022 by Rob Duke, an industry veteran with a track record of successfully leading and growing construction material and service businesses over a 20-year career with CRH and Rinker Materials.

Rob Duke

CEO

Rob is the founder and CEO of Armada Materials. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in the construction materials industry. Prior to Armada, Rob led the South Division of CRH, plc, a $3B business with 6,500 employees encompassing aggregates, asphalt, paving, ready-mixed concrete, highway construction, and bulk material transportation. Rob has completed over $1B in acquisitions with a track record of significant earnings growth. Prior to CRH, he held a variety of roles with Rinker Materials, Merck & Company, and BOC Gases. Rob holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA, both from Carnegie Mellon University. Rob lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife and two children. He serves on the Executive Board for the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council for the Boy Scouts of America.

Travis Raitt

EVP Business Development

Travis is the EVP of Business Development for Armada Materials, where he leads all acquisition development for the company. Travis has over 15 years of acquisition experience in the construction materials and infrastructure industries. He previously ran a $150M materials business for CRH, plc in Florida, and was the former VP of Business Development for the South Division. Prior to CRH, Travis held positions with The Home Depot, Macquarie Capital, and PWC. Travis holds a BS in Business from Boston University and an MBA from the University of Georgia.

Micah Daggy

VP Finance

Micah is the VP of Finance for Armada Materials where he is responsible for acquisition reporting integration, financial reporting, planning, analysis, and information systems. Micah joined Armada following a 17-year career with CRH, plc where he held a diversity of financial and IT leadership roles in both the U.S. and in Europe. Micah’s positions at CRH included Director of Information Systems, Director of Reporting & Analytics, Director of BI, and Division/Region Controller roles. Prior to CRH, he worked for Pulte Homes and in tax accounting. Micah holds a B.S. in both Accountancy and Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University.
