Rob is the founder and CEO of Armada Materials. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in the construction materials industry. Prior to Armada, Rob led the South Division of CRH, plc, a $3B business with 6,500 employees encompassing aggregates, asphalt, paving, ready-mixed concrete, highway construction, and bulk material transportation. Rob has completed over $1B in acquisitions with a track record of significant earnings growth. Prior to CRH, he held a variety of roles with Rinker Materials, Merck & Company, and BOC Gases. Rob holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA, both from Carnegie Mellon University. Rob lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife and two children. He serves on the Executive Board for the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council for the Boy Scouts of America.
